How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?
Each sign is handcrafted to order. Standard production and shipping typically take 2 to 3 weeks, while express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Are your neon signs energy efficient?
Yes, we use the latest LED neon flex technology. Our signs consume significantly less energy than traditional glass neon and remain cool to the touch.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 100% replacement guarantee for items damaged during transit. Please contact our support team with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I use my neon sign outdoors?
Most of our standard signs are designed for indoor use. However, we do offer specialized weatherproofing for outdoor installations upon request during the design process.
What is included in the box with my order?
Your package includes the neon sign, a power adapter, a remote control for dimming and effects, and a wall mounting kit for easy installation.
How long do the LED neon signs last?
Our high-quality LED neon signs are rated for approximately 50,000 hours of use, which is over 10 years if left on for 12 hours a day.
